Expert Software Integration Engineer – Support & Systems Coordination (m/f/d)

Jobbeschreibung

• Integrate third-party and internal software components, ensuring overall system stability, compatibility, and performance
• Plan and execute integration, regression, and release testing; coordinate and manage software releases
• Provide Level 3 support by troubleshooting complex issues and performing root cause analysis in collaboration with teams
• Act as the technical interface between support/operations and development, guiding design and integration of system components
• Oversee system installations, updates, and configurations, ensuring traceability and consistent environments
• Create and maintain documentation, share knowledge, and support onboarding and enablement of support teams

Qualifikation

• Minimum Requirements:
• Degree in computer science or equivalent with relevant professional experience
• Fluent English in writing and speaking, strong communication skills
• Solid Linux knowledge, preferably Red Hat Enterprise Linux (Shell programming, software packaging, system administration)
• Experience with software testing, release management, and system installations
• Proven ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues
• Preferred Requirements:
• Experience with Flexera/Revenera license products (FlexNetEmbedded, -Publisher, -Operations)
• German language skills
• Experience working at the interface between development, support, and operations
• Ability to travel <10% of the time, partial home office possible
